I had a wonderful opportunity to perform Liszt’s fascinating arrangement of Schubert’s Wanderer Fantasy for Piano and Orchestra. The concert was with the New York Orchestra conducted by Michael Feldman, founder of Orchestra of St. Luke’s, and was an all Schubert program for the 5th Annual Animal Haven Benefit Concert – the most unusual part of the concert being that any leashed pet was invited to be part of the audience! It turns out dogs love Schubert, they were outstanding audience members!
