One of the the most wonderful things that happened in the summer was that I played a solo recital in Canada, but that was not even all that happened. I got to go to Niagara Falls where my parents and I went on the Journey Behind the Falls. I went for my first time and It was an absolutely incredible and amazing experience! We then drove two hours up to Waterloo, Ontario, for my solo recital! I played on the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber Music Society Series. Click to see the my program.
The concert was a complete success and I had an incredible time. Our hosts were amazing, and we stayed with the nicest woman (a wonderful artist) named Linda.
On our way to Niagara Falls we made a trip upstate New York to visit the Shandelee Music Festival, where my dad was playing a concert in the Catskills. The concert was beautiful and the place had such an amazing view. It was a little bit foggy but it was really cool and exiting! After my dad’s concert we got to eat cheesecake which tasted delicious!
