It was a fantastic debut concert with Maestro Bramwell Tovey and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra last month. Lang Lang and I performed Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue – as well as works by Saint-Saens, Bernstein, Tchaikovsky, and Chopin to a sold out audience. It was a wonderful evening in the absolutely gorgeous Orpheum Theater, and I was thrilled for the opportunity to work with Lang Lang and Maestro Tovey. I also really enjoyed seeing Vancouver for my first time – what a beautiful city! I can’t wait to go back and hopefully have a chance to explore the majestic mountains. Thank you everyone involved for making this such a wonderful experience!
