In May I was was one of thirteen young pianists (age 12-16) invited to the Cleveland International Piano Competition (over 160 pianists from all over the world auditioned). It is so much fun getting to know the other pianists and see some that I already knew well. I was really happy to be one of the final six and to perform on WCVL 104.9 FM radio. This was one of my first introductions to the competition world, and I am not really sure how I feel. It seems so crazy to compete in music, but at the same time it is fun meet other young pianists from all over.
